Applying for Affilates

There are certain rules that I require:

[1] Your site must be related to mine in some way.

[2] No hentai, porn, etc.

[3] You must update your site at least once a month. I don't want to be affilates if your site is dead.

[4] Please keep in touch!

[5] You must link us first before you apply

[6] No premade layouts!

[7] In 'eh?', write 'it dawned on me' to make sure you read the rules.

Now you're all ready. Please completely fill out the form before you send it except for comments which is optional. If you don't recieve a reply within a week, that means you have been rejected.
